Ajay is a D.C. Metro Area native with a B.S. in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Virginia. During his time at UVA, Ajay served on several Executive Boards and volunteer committees as well as graduated with high academic distinction. After graduating, Ajay worked at Bank of America in their financial advisory sector, where he assisted high-profile bank clients in fulfilling their investment goals.
Ajay’s long-term interest in real estate stems from his passions for architecture, financial investments and interior design. These perspectives position him to approach residential real estate from a unique and analytically-driven vantage point. Ajay brings creativity, adaptability, communication, and confidence to everything he does to make clients feel at ease in their real estate journey.
Outside of work, Ajay volunteers at local animal shelters, stays active and immerses himself in all the D.C. Metro Area has to offer. He currently lives in Arlington with his cat, Marley.
